Susie Warran-Smith CBE is a former academic and lecturer on the MBA programme at Staffordshire University Business School. She has had a successful corporate career and in 2015 set up her company from scratch, selling it five years later to Ernst & Young in a multi-million pound deal. She is a keen advocate for women in business and has written extensively on entrepreneurship. Susie was awarded a CBE in Queen Elizabeth II's 2022 New Year Honours List for services to small business. You can find out more about her
