Wednesday 8 May - Market Analysis and Marketing Strategy
Comprehensive assessment of your intellectual property, market, competition, pricing models and routes to new business.
Customer profiling and stakeholder mapping.
Developing a market strategy and sales process.

Saturday 11 May - Investor Readiness
Pitching your company to investors, potential clients and partners.
Valuation and return on investment.
Understanding the buy-out or liquidation exit process.

Susie Warran-Smith CBE is a former academic and lecturer on the MBA programme at Staffordshire University Business School. She has had a successful corporate career and in 2015 set up her company from scratch, selling it five years later to Ernst & Young in a multi-million pound deal. She is a keen advocate for women in business and has written extensively on entrepreneurship. Susie was awarded a CBE in Queen Elizabeth II's 2022 New Year Honours List for services to small business. You can find out more about her here
